Please fill out the form below to register. After you complete this form, you will be asked to pay the $50 fee ONLINE using PayPal (which accepts major credit cards and does NOT require a PayPal account).

PayPal makes it easier for us to keep track of membership fees, but if you do not want to use PayPal, you may register and pay at KidSpace using check or cash (please do not fill out the form online).

If you are not sure about joining yet and would like to take advantage of the first time visitor option ($10), please wait to fill out the form until you have decided to join.
