We are a non-profit, parent-run, cooperative, indoor play space in Belmont, MA open to families with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers during the colder months.

Non-member drop-in hours are available only when there is a member signed up to staff KidSpace. These hours are listed on the staffed shift calendar.
Hours for members are in the table to the right below.

***Please note: When there is a town snow emergency and parking ban in effect, the building is closed.

About Us:

Standing play date for the winter with friendly parents and children
Unlimited use during 150+ days of operation
10,000 sq ft gym and play areas, including indoor active zones with pre-school sized climbing structures, tricycles, cozy coupes, and other high energy activities for climbing and riding
Imagination zones with dress up clothes, play kitchens, train tables, and duplos
Protected crawler zone with 300 sq ft of mats and toys for infants
Tables and chairs where children can eat snacks and parents chat over coffee
Free Wi-Fi is offered for all visitors to stay connected
KidSpace is not a drop off play space; children must always be accompanied by parents/caretakers

Costs:

Drop-in (non-member) option: $15 for one child and $20 for families with 2+ children. Babies under 9 months are free with a paid sibling. Up to two of your drop-in fees are credited towards your membership fee if you later decide to to join.
Membership option: $100/ 1 child; $125/ 2+ children for the entire 6-month season with just two volunteer shifts per family.

Note, KidSpace is only open to the public when volunteers sign up to staff the table. Members have the benefit of coming anytime during the hours above, BUT must always sign up for the shift (if it another member has not done so) and open KidSpace for everyone.
